Markou Leathers
Markou Leathers was founded in 1984 by brothers John and George Markou and since then specializes in the production of wet blue, crust and finished leather for garment and shoes. The tannery is located on an area of 6000 square meters, in the Industrial Region of Sindou, Salonika, Greece. Even after 25 years of experience in the tanning industry they constantly develop quality products using new technology in the process of manufacture to attain the best results and to meet the demand in the market for the best quality in leather.
Markou Leathers is committed over the past 25 years in providing its clients with high quality leather products by following ethical business practices and using the best industry standards.
During this time they have also developed the ability to adapt to popular and emerging trends that fashion imposes and provide clients with fresh and great sale opportunities. The company manufactures a large variety of finished hides and skins (cattle hides, sheepskins, lambskins, goatskins and pigskins) and handles a production of approximately 30,000 square meters of finished leather per month.
